The Redemptive Quality of Life
This was a site-specific sculpture designed specifically for Sculpture Key West 2010. The sculpture consisted of a 4-yard dumpster that was donated by Waste Management of the Florida Keys. Planted inside were three large trees surrounded by numerous bags of fake trash. The MARC House, a local non-profit agency collaborated with the project by providing three native Key West trees, including a Mahogany, a Gumbo Limbo and a Satin Leaf.
