Winter Growth

Every year from October 1st until April 1st, I grew my beard, documenting the progression with one photo every week. At the end of each six month period, I glued all of my facial hair together and shaved it off in one piece. This ten-year project was begun in the fall of 2004 and continued until the spring of 2014. The final display includes all ten beards and the 250-photo documentary grid.
